Rates (rates for performances, weddings, parties, and all other events, are the same):

• $150/hr, first hour; $75/hour, each additional hour (1 hr, $150; 2 hr, $225; 3 hr, $300; 4 hr, $375)

• Transportation costs are included for events within 10 miles of Kauwila's residence (Captain Cook). For more distant locations, the charge is $0.35 per mile (based on one-way distance to the event location; for example, if the event were 30 miles away, the transportation charge would be 30 x 0.35 = $10.50).
  
  
• For events on neighbor islands, mainland U.S., Alaska, and international, all transportation and lodging costs are the responsibility of the client.

• For the benefit of all, all parties involved are required to sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit, at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
